Booking In

Please bring the item that needs repairing to our store. The car park is located at the side of our building. Upon your arrival, we shall promptly generate an invoice for your convenience, with an inspection fee amounting to £20 plus vat. Following this initial step, we shall proceed to the subsequent phase of the process. Remember to keep the invoice safe as we will ask for this on collection

We will contact you via telephone to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the repair costs for your computer. Rest assured, no action will be taken without your explicit confirmation, thereby ensuring transparency and precluding any possibility of hidden fees.

Collection

Upon collection, you are kindly requested to present your invoice at our premises. Subsequently, we will meticulously review the invoice and prepare the job accordingly. We will then demonstrate the fully operational state of the computer to you, addressing any inquiries or concerns you may have. Following this, you are required to settle the previously agreed-upon balance before retrieving your computer.

Following receipt of your email, our team will diligently assess the issue and promptly respond to inform you of our ability to effect repairs. Please note that this evaluation typically requires between 3 to 7 working days, subject to availability of requisite parts.
